How custom orders work
Every custom piece– whether it’s a strap, a case, or something nobody’s asked for yet– starts the same way: tell us what you need it to do.
Fill out the form- tell us what you’re picturing– even a rough idea is enough to start.
We follow up within 48 hours– We’ll ask question, talk through sizing and materials, and send a quote.
We build it by hand– Cut, stitched, and finished in Arizona– one piece at a time.
Ships to your door– Custom builds typically take 4-12 weeks depending on complexity.
A note on pricing
Custom pieces are prices based on size, leather, hardware, and complexity- if it needs to be designed from scratch- it might take longer and will cost more as the pattern needs to be created first. We always send a quote before starting any work.

Can you make literally anything in leather?
Almost. We’ve built camera straps, legal pad holders, laptop cases, and plenty of things we’d never thought to make on our won. If it can be built in leather, we’ll figure it out.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom pieces ship within 4-12 weeks depending on complexity. We’ll give you a specific timeline once we understand the scope of the piece.
Do you need exact measurements?
Not always–for things like laptop cases, just tell us the model and we’ll handle the rest. For anything unusual, we may ask for measurements or a reference photo.
Can I see examples before committing?
Yes– check the gallery above, or ask and we’ll send photos of similar past work before you place your order.
